Required Knowledge
Experience with JSP, Struts, Struts validation, Apache and Tomcat
Solid skills in XHTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, AJAX and JavaScript
Knowledge of SOA and Web Services is a plus
Experience with Ant Scripts is a plus

Communication skills (communicate with customer)
Bilingual (English and French)
Management skills (manage junior developers)
Can produce clear documentation

Required Experience
2-5 years of experience in front-end web development
6+ years experience in IT industry
